A habitat is the location where a group of one type of organism (a population) lives, while a biome is a community made of all the habitats in a given region and climate.
A pollinator garden is a garden that's designed to attract pollinators, such as bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds, by growing plants that produce nectar and pollen. The goal of a pollinator garden is to provide enough food for pollinators to reverse their decline.
Otters and Others Zoo and Conservation is very passionate about our pollinators and how ecosystems need them including the human race. Did you know 1 out of 3 bites you eat comes from pollinators?
Otters and Others Zoo and Conservation has been awarded the Utah Pollinator Habitat Grant in 2023 and 2024.
